Marketing/Recruiting Coordinator Insurance Agency

Location: Saddlebrook, New Jersey
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the strategic marketing Recruiting efforts of the overall firm
  • Coordinate and develop seminars and open house opportunities based on target marketing within our current clients and the community
  • Ability to coach and assist our financial professionals with developing individual markets to compliment and utilize the agency marketing opportunities.
  • Manage marketing projects, coordinate strategic marketing ads and campaigns across the enterprise in key markets
  • Manage other individuals that are engaging our current clients for increased opportunities
  • Able to manage a marketing budget and deploy resources alongside the sales managers to increase agency revenue.
  • Increasing brand awareness as well as enhancing our digital presence
  • Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
  • Thorough understanding of licensing/registration process and requirements.

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows).

  • Coordinate all marketing programs and strategies offered by the Firm
  • Develop, implement and promote Client Firm & local Value Proposition
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Department staff associates and specialists
  • Also includes Intern Program
  • Develop and maintain Agency Web site
  • Client Management System –Smart Office
  • Promote Agency contest, Conferences and Meetings
  • Develop and maintain Agency Marketing and Recruiting Material
  • Coordinate community and industry public relations events and communications
  • Develop and monitor resources for information on sources of lists, letters, telemarketing and special events
  • Develop and monitor Marketing Plans for Sales Associates matching plans to business objectives and target markets
  • Integrate marketing programs to align and support Agency diversity initiatives
  • Coordinate with Training Director for appropriate marketing curriculum training
  • Create and maintain Firm Marketing Event Calendar
  • Coordinate wholesaling activities on behalf of the Firm
  • Provide up to date competitive intelligence
  • Develop and direct Firm and Sales Rep Promotion Program
  • Supervise Lead Generation Resources
  • Direct Agency Communications (Newsletters, Annual Reports, Associate Birthday and Anniversary recognition, etc.)
  • Coordinate Agency Sales Meetings
  • Be visible leader in community, promote local Firm relationships with centers of influence
  • Establish and manage firm marketing budget
  • Ability to obtain the Life and Health license in the first year
Hours & Location:  Full Time.  No Weekends.
